As a Marketing Assistant and recent graduate in Marketing from Louisiana State University (Class of August 2024), I have honed an advanced skill set through high-impact roles at Memorial Hermann Health System and Nailor Industries. My role demands not only managing and optimizing complex digital content strategies but also creating compelling marketing collateral that adheres to strict industry standards and regulatory compliance. I am responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives, from creating promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures to managing dynamic social media campaigns. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in organizing large-scale community events, requiring the ability to coordinate logistics, monitor performance metrics, and adapt strategies in real-time to ensure maximum engagement. In my previous positions, I took the lead on deploying comprehensive signage strategies, producing high-level content for internal communications, and contributing to impactful campaigns, such as the organization-wide Kindness Campaign.
