I completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) at The College of Law, Guildford and then the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in Oxford after graduating with a 2:1 BA (Hons) from the University of Essex in English and French. My electives on my LPC were employment law, personal injury and private acquisitions. I have many years’ legal experience in a variety of practice areas including; insurance law, professional negligence, commercial property, clinical negligence, family law mediation, employer's liability, personal injury and wills and probate. I am a qualified family law mediator through ADR group. Recently I worked as Head of the LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) department for ELM Legal Services Ltd which I did for three years and have qualified as an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW). I am currently delighted to be working for RPC in the Bristol office as a Professional Negligence/Insurance Paralegal.
