About Catherine Steiner

I am an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Generalist with recruiting, benefit and leave administration, data management and payroll experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Behavioral Sciences. I am skilled in recruiting and onboarding, training, benefit plan administration, leave administration, Unemployment and Shared Work, L&I administration, union contracts, and all HR regulations, policies and procedures. This includes open enrollment, new employee orientations, and life events. My career has included outside vendor management, project management, mergers and acquisitions, recordkeeping and database conversions, regulatory filings and employee relations with all levels of staff. My drive for success does not end there. After 10 years at Boeing, I became an entrepreneur and took temporary assignments so that I could have the time to launch my business. As a life/health coach I provide information and recommendations to individuals and groups seeking to move forward into better health. I employ strong communication skills with exceptional listening abilities, able to articulate complex information in a kind and compassionate manner. My focus is delivering outstanding customer service. I would like to work for an organization that serves the community, be it through education, public service, or other contributions such as employee volunteerism.
