Experienced Loss Prevention Manager in Collections Department and Customer Service Department. Management and Leadership experience in all parts of the Customer Cycle from, Sales, Operational and Risk Management, Contact Centre and Collections Management. I am a highly self-motivated, dynamic and innovative person who enjoys working under pressure within a diverse, demanding and fast-paced environment. I also enjoy managing people across various different lines of business. I gained an excellent knowledge of the banking industry including CPC regulations, debt recovery, credit cards, loans, incentives plans, dialer and Risk and Control and the Customer service area. In addition to this I have worked in the Mortgage and Fraud sector. I spent five year in the Public sector in Finance which has given me the knowledge and experience applying for public funding, working on various EU and Government funded programs including HSE, ERASMUS, LEADER, Ability Program and the Digital Skills for Citizens along with Payroll, Revenue budgets and bank reconciliations. I have successfully passed the Certified Data Protection Practitioner course (CDPP) and I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in this field. I now have three years experience with FBD and received my APA qualification in 2024 in Personal and Commercial insurance. The Team Leaders and I manage the back office operations including payments, Customer requests, batch documentation, digital documentation and all third party vendor relationships. Customer Principles and Company values are at the core of what I strive to achieve.
