The journey so far has led me to become well versed in audits, regulatory requirements, risk assurance, horizon scanning, process improvement, customer experience and most importantly, storytelling It's not about a graph and a bit of descriptive text The priority is to demonstrate the impact of opportunities, and the emotions these evoke to the audience. My purpose is to guide and inspire stakeholders to take action, to improve the circumstances and encounters of customers and colleagues.I hold a Level 4 Water Industry Diploma, a Bachelors Degree in Classics and I'm currently awaiting the result of my Masters Degree in Classics ‍Studying continues to give me new perspectives of the world and challenges me to be better to help others. As a result, I approach my professional work holistically.
