About Catherine Wright

I’m a Learning & Development professional with a strong foundation in coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project support — built over more than a decade at APA Group. Beginning in business support, and moving into Learning & Development in 2022, I’ve developed a highly versatile skill set that’s valuable across both learning environments and broader business operations. In my current role as Learning Experience Coordinator, I’ve partnered with teams across various divisions to design and deliver fit-for-purpose learning programs. I’m known for my ability to manage complex logistics, streamline processes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. A highlight has been facilitating DiSC workshops, helping teams build awareness and improve collaboration. I bring proficiency in Oracle and Workday, with hands-on experience managing learning records, reporting, and workforce data. These systems have been integral to my work in both administrative and L&D capacities. Motivated by continuous improvement and creativity, I enjoy bringing structure to ideas, solving problems, and keeping projects on track. With a redundancy scheduled for July 2025, I’m open to opportunities in both Learning & Development and project coordination or admin roles — where I can contribute my adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering value.
