I’m Cathleen McCaffery—a Harvard-trained educator, leadership strategist, and founder of The Edvisory, a global college admissions consultancy guiding students to top universities through a human-centered, purpose-driven approach. At the intersection of leadership development, education, and psychology, I help individuals and institutions reimagine learning, success, and transformation. My work draws on over a decade of experience designing immersive programs, advising students worldwide, and leading workshops that blend ancient wisdom with cutting-edge research in ethics, the philosophy of education, spirituality, and creativity. I recently completed a Master’s at Harvard, where my research focuses on ethics and character in higher education. I’ve studied with and alongside luminaries including Howard Gardner and Marshall Ganz, and I’m certified as a Big Leap Coach through The Hendricks Institute, with advanced training in conscious communication and body intelligence.
