With 25 years of experience at Community Mental Health for Central Michigan, I've progressed from an Outpatient Therapist to a Clinical Supervisor, and now serve as a Clinical Services Program Manager. I am passionate about leveraging outcome data to identify trends that drive meaningful change and enhance program effectiveness. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to improving mental health services by ensuring our strategies are not only evidence-based but also adaptable to the evolving needs of the community. My work is deeply informed by an understanding of the critical role social determinants of health play in shaping outcomes. I am committed to integrating this knowledge into practice to address the broader factors impacting well-being. Additionally, I bring extensive experience in effective change management, guiding teams through transitions to achieve sustainable improvements. I deeply value relationship building and utilize emotional intelligence as a cornerstone in all my interactions. I believe in promoting overall wellness and strive to maintain a balanced lifestyle that integrates both professional and personal goals. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler with the goal of visiting all seven continents—Antarctica is the final one on my list! When I’m not planning my next adventure, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, whether on the river, at the beach, or discovering new places.
