Current position is Director Customer Success. Previous positions includes team manager position, principal at Beijer Academy, Logistic Manager and Flight Captain at SAS. First SAS pilot selected to SAS Management Trainee program and gained an overall perspective on SAS and the aviation industry in general. Deep understanding of the different challenges both at head office and in front line positions. Trained as a project manager, negotiator, mentor and sales manager. International experience in France and throughout Scandinavia. Managed Procedures, Support and Training at SAS head office with responsibility for developing procedures, computer systems, training requirements and providing support to all SAS stations (airports). Recognized for leadership performance in 1997 and appointed to represent SAS in Ruter Dam program along with 40 other women from major Swedish businesses. Acted as a mentor in SAS supporting and coaching first-time leaders. Project leader for the pre-study for a large European aviation Project, NUP2+. Recognized for leadership performance in Semantix and recieved the award "Leader of the year" 2018. Master in Business Administration and Economics with a focus in Marketing. Enjoys downhill skiing, gardening and outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends. Active in community charity work and serves as liaison and support to people in need. Served as mentor to immigrant academics.
