The world is changing at a faster pace than ever accelerated by technology. Humans and machines coexist but it is not without challenges, since digital transformation requires a lot more from an organization and its people than simply getting to know the technology. True digital transformation requires an organisation to rethink its culture, its processes, its resourcces and its collaboration across the entire organisation - across departments and countries. I thrive in the intersection between people, organisation & behaviour and digitalisation. Undergoing digital transformation is less about technology and more about people and processes. It is about change management and communication and about supplementing and supporting the people with technology rather than replacing them. I thrive when I am being challenged and I always dedicate myself 110% to everything I do. I have a passion for people & behaviour and digitalisation and the organisational challenges that occur during digital transformation.
