About Cathryn Clark

I am an experienced, highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapist who believes in personalised, goal orientated care for all patients. I have my own Physiotherapy Clinic with dedicated Rehabilitation studio in West Allotment, NE27 0EP. I combine my expert hands-on Physiotherapy skills with my passion for strength and conditioning to help my patients overcome injury or musculoskeletal pain and achieve their goals. I also teach Emergency First Aid in Rugby Union for the RFU. I have a BTEC Award in Education and Training. I am Pre-hospital Immediate Care in Sport qualified through the RFU. Previous sports team I have worked with include Newcastle University RFC, Northumberland County RFU, Morpeth RFC, Northern RFC, Whitley Bay Rockcliff RFC and Wasps WRFC. During the recent Covid-19 pandemic I took on a role as a Clinical Contact Caseworker within Tier 2 of NHS Test and Trace, a role which posed new challenges and expanded my knowledge base into the public health/health protection field.
