About Cathryn Downes

Ambitious property manager with a passion for helping renters find quality housing with exceptional service. Currently overseeing a Class A+ lease-up in Carmel, IN, managing 285 apartment homes with a focus on maximizing occupancy and resident satisfaction. Previously, I assisted 15 properties within the TWG portfolio and oversaw the construction/lease-up process at The Carlyle at Chatham Hills, before it was handed over. This role allowed me to hone my skills in project management and tenant relations. Having a background in customer service and sales made for an easy transition into property management over 7 years ago. After obtaining two recognition awards at HILLS Properties, I elevated my career by joining TWG in June 2021. Starting as a leasing agent at a 498-unit Class B property equipped me with the essential tools to succeed in managing my first lease-up at Wesmont Apartments and beyond. My top skills include connecting with people, creating a quality living experience that residents can call home, and fostering team cohesion and development. When you love what you do, it shows and shines!
