I interact comfortably with people at all levels, including senior business leaders, and consider myself to be a strong team player. I have experience in strategy (development, launch and implementation); human resources (business partnering, onboarding, learning, performance management, recognition, retention, exit management, wellbeing and talent management); external communications (marketing, branding and media relations); and internal communications (leadership communications, engagement and change management). My true strength lies in programme development and execution through strong project management capability and working with teams to drive strategic and people-related programme implementation. This rich diversity of experience gives me the ability to adapt to new environments and allows me to approach problems from a holistic viewpoint. My passion is for helping organisations improve the internal people experience throughout the employee lifecycle. It is important for me to work for an organisation where values drive the culture and where the values align with my own.
