I am a successful Recovery Coach Professional with 25 years of lived experience in addiction recovery. I am passionate about putting a face on recovery and removing barriers that interfere with people's ability to seek help. Previous to my career change I was a technology professional with over 20 years of experience providing both on-site and remote support to clients of all sizes and industries. I have provided both functional and technical expertise, business analysis, project management and escalation management to PeopleSoft and Oracle’s largest, most strategic customers as well as leading the LMS Hosting and Support Center organizations at the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium. I have consistent, proven success in penetrating customer accounts and developing trusted adviser relationships. I also have deep experience in Support Center Operations. In addition to having a comprehensive understanding of the technology industry on a macro and micro level, I also have excellent communication skills and am very comfortable working within all organizational levels. My proven track record in coordinating, motivating and directing internal resources as well as customer employees has been a key to my success. I am an excellent problem solver with exceptional analytical skills. My work ethic is very strong and I am an enthusiastic, seasoned professional. I am comfortable in customer-facing roles as well as internal IT positions.
