At Kinark Child and Family Services I led the design and implementation of flexible work programs to help attract and retain talent. At RSA I established & implemented their first Organizational Change Management practice in support of a large scale business transformation & led the organization’s strategy for building internal change management capability. While at Kraft, I led the company through significant transformations including the acquisition of Cadbury, & the spin-off of Kraft & Mondelez. During this time I was responsible for developing talent management strategies & tools to support team integration, business transformation, and training & coaching teams to new ways of operating. Designing & facilitating programs that develop leaders & improve team effectiveness, is one of my strengths. I tailor programs to the unique needs of each team & coach them to achieve their defined vision & purpose.
