About Cathy Eberts

Seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of progressive experience and responsibility, including twenty years within higher education administration. In my current role, I provide strategic oversight of the main enterprise systems at the University of Toronto including the Student Information System, as well as the SAP Administrative Management Systems (Finance, HR, Research, etc.), Business Intelligence applications, and most recently, our Microsoft O365 platform. At present, I am leading the implementation of the Next Generation Student Information Services program as well as the full modernization and upgrade of our administrative management systems using SAP SuccessFactors and S4 Finance. Collectively, these programs are two of the largest IT projects on campus. My experience and interest in higher education is complemented by a Masters degree in Education specializing in College and University administration. Over the years, I have acquired significant supervisory and HR experience through my continued involvement in university advisory and labour relations committees.
