Keeping things running smoothly isn’t just a buzz phrase to me – it’s part of who I am. Through a people-focused approach, I build strong relationships and earn the trust of my colleagues and superiors to lead the charge when critical tasks need to get done. At the heart of it, I’m a go-getting team leader – someone who takes a driving role to work closely with and inspire others to improve processes and increase performance. I believe in meticulously verifying, coordinating, and analyzing tasks and documents to find areas for improvement to support the maximum efficiency of complex operations. By vigilantly identifying discrepancies and taking swift action against inefficiencies, I quickly streamline the coordination of solutions to bring all operations back on target. From analyzing finances and coordinating purchasing, to organizing administration and planning/scheduling, my 25-year career has most recently taken me to the multi-billion-dollar Hebron GBS project, where I worked with WorleyParsons as a Procurement Coordinator and Facilities Lead after being promoted from administrative roles. With WorleyParsons, I built strong professional relationships with project vendors and the client built on trust and open communication, which allowed me to leverage greater opportunities for progress and further streamline our procurement processes.
