I am an operations specialist with extensive experience in internal project and logistic management and customer service. I pride myself in my ability to maintain a positive and calming demeaner when managing stressful client interactions. I am constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction and optimize internal processed for maximum efficiency. I am able to successfully work independently due to me ability to self motivate. I am highly adaptable and have thrived working both in office and in remote settings. Key roles in previous positions has included employee training and development, conflict resolution, project management and acting as a liaison between upper management and operational staff. My outgoing nature and my strong interpersonal communication skills provide the ability to forge long lasting relationships both internally and externally. This allows me to elevate internal comradery and add value to the company culture. I am the first to volunteer for any situations that could help raise the spirits of my coworkers and the morale of the workforce as a whole.
