I'm a family physician with additional training in Care of the Elderly. In my work with the elderly, I can't help but notice the difference that lifestyle choices make over a life time. Those with healthy eating habits, fitness habits and fulfilling relationships age much more gracefully in general. This brought about my interest in Functional Medicine, personal fitness training and life coaching.
