My passion is assisting employees and building that relationship to optimize their talents, reach their true potential, and foster a relationship that is mutually productive for both employer and employee. I utilize my positive attitude and futuristic mindsets to see true potential in others and find solutions to reach the goals for not only my employers but the employees. Building those relationships within an organization based upon caring, honesty, trust, and to build a solid foundation for all to achieve their goals. Employee relations is more than just a job responsibility. It is truly embodiment of knowing. Knowing the person, the hopes, dreams, needs, and addressing them on an individual basis. My ability to adapt to a situation or personality allow me to communicate clearly with everyone from the CEO to the janitor and effectively motivate, inspire, and educate others. My problem-solving skills allow me to adapt my training style to best suit individuals. Human resources is more than just the hiring. Human resources is the human factor of the relationship. The employee is a person and knowing and understanding what drives them on a personal level allows me to better serve them, build employee engagement, develop the employee relations that every employer strives to achieve. Engaged employees are more productive, happier, and less likely to pursue employment outside any organization. My biggest accomplishment is earning my Master of Organizational Leadership from Trine University in their accelerated program while continually working full time and graduating with a 3.9 G.P.A. The time, hard work and dedication to achieving this has been both challenging and the most rewarding. I am looking forward to sharing my additional education and knowledge with my new team.
