About Cathy Picco

As a dynamic and diverse Business Leader with 25 years of Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and Management experience, I am recognized as an enthusiastic business voice, that proactively pursues and implements best practices that are key, to helping deliver value to clients. I have been a long-term team member in the Automotive Glass Manufacturing sector, where I have gained a broad knowledge of the end-to-end operations. With this knowledge and experience, along with my people skills and ability to assess and improve operations, I was named the Leader of Change Management for the Automotive and Architectural glass divisions’ system implementations. In this role the focus is on the people and culture side of projects, by assessing the risks, communicating the advantage & benefits, and helping to minimize resistance. With effective training and transparent communication, people have a greater level of trust and are empowered to grow with the company and adapt to the challenges that come with advancements. When I not working, I enjoy spending time outside golfing, fishing, or an evening by the bonfire with her family and friends close by. Besides Hockey, her favorite sport, Cathy loves to play Baseball and Soccer and volunteered for several years as a Coach. I love transforming not only business operations but homes and furniture as a hobby.
