This involved aligning the vision, strategy, and culture of the merged entities, as well as overseeing the operational, financial, and legal aspects of the process. I have also contributed to the innovation and growth of the companies by leading and supporting multiple initiatives that enhanced the product portfolio, customer experience, and market share.
