About Cathy Summers

I have been working both as a client and a provider for over 25 years to deliver customer-growth programmes. My blend of roles across strategy, research, marketing, analytics and CX has led me to my current role, leading the daily operations for RetainGrow. Having worked both as a client and a consultant for the likes of Ogilvy, Aviva and The CX Company, I understand the pressures involved in getting complex projects over the line and use my back catalogue of projects to provide solutions which deliver tangible actions and game changing results. Leading teams who get into the weeds of each client’s business is at the heart of my approach to creating a step change in performance. My expertise lies in being able to quickly identify key areas of focus and put practical actions in place which has led to great success for both B2C and B2B clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance, Utilities and Automotive sectors. Away from RetainGrow, I like to exercise her lungs by singing in a choir, hiking up mountains, riding horses, practicing yoga and going to gaelic football matches.
