About Cathy Vance

I am a Salesforce.com Administrator actively engaged with business partners to provide both process and system enhancements, training, and user adoption in support of management initiatives. My work includes high level project review to translate system requirements for IT development. I focus on system functionality and process changes directed to increase ease of use and productivity. I coordinate and assist in development activities including testing and deployment of new code in additional to user training of new functionalities. My strong experience identifying and creating process improvement activities for variety of departments involving both Sales and Service organizations provides excellent ability to ensure solid procedures and system controls for all aspects of the organization.
