I am passionate about data analytics not for the sake of crunching numbers, but for identifying and solving business problems. Over the last 15 years, I have built up proficiency with tools such as, R, MATLAB, SAS, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL Server Management Studio etc. This process in turn strengthens my ability to master any new software/app in a short period of time. The data science techniques such as, statistical and machine learning modeling, data mining, optimization, business intelligence etc. are meant to help you uncover the secrets behind the numbers, explore possibilities that you can't imagine, and provide attainable solutions to improve your processes. Understanding the methodologies is important, however, understanding when to and how to apply to the real world problems is even more critical. And this requires the desire to learn and ability to learn business domain knowledge quickly. I got great satisfaction from helping business to be successful.
