Experienced public sector leader with 20 years of expertise in capacity building, adult learning, and strategic engagement across local, state, and national levels. I design and lead inclusive professional development programs that empower organizations and communities—particularly in the areas of resilience, civic leadership, and equity. I have managed federal initiatives such as FEMA’s National Resilience Guidance, designed large-scale strategic exercises, and facilitated partnerships across nonprofit, philanthropic, and government sectors. My experience includes building long-term learning strategies, coordinating national stakeholder working groups, and producing widely adopted training tools for community organizations and local leaders. My strengths include bringing diverse voices to the table, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance, and creating meaningful learning experiences that strengthen organizations’ impact.
