I love the field of philanthropy and the impact that thoughtful, committed staff can have on improving our world through positive engagement with great donors, great colleagues and great causes! As a collegiate fundraising and operations professional, I have served behind the scenes, in data management in support of fundraising and alumni relations, and on the front lines working with donors on estate and gift planning. It is a joy to help donors achieve their philanthropic dreams through each of these avenues of service. As a member of campaign planning and leadership giving teams and a variety of operational functions, I have enjoyed the blend of internal operations duties with strategic planning, management and direct work with donors that my career has provided. Whether leading division-wide budgets, human resources, or one of the many functions within Advancement I have focused on bringing positive coaching and staff development to diverse team members working in alumni relations, annual giving, major gift work, planned giving, advancement services, corporate and foundation relations, stewardship and university events.
