The Fiskars business is all about Happiness in and around the home - in the garden, on balconies, in the kitchen, next to a BBQ, sewing curtains or making clothes.where ever gardening, cooking and creating tools are needed. In my current position for Fiskars, analytics of Sales performance of the In-Store is a daily routine and gives me a great view into how my own development on In-Store reflects in the Sales performance. Before joining Fiskars I was the acting Airport store manager for Finnair (our national carries here in Finland) with the responsability of all Helsinki, Turku and Tampere airport stores and their personnel. Great knowledge also of Inflight and Preorder selections, their profitability and sales performance. Previous and added to current position as well at Fiskars is a profound knowledge in catalogue management and production together with direct supplier contact as well as contact and managing of AD-agency timelines and procedures.
