Catie officially began her real estate journey 13 years ago when she took a position at the Residences at The Little Nell working with clients and brokers to understand complex fractional ownership opportunities at one of Aspen's finest properties. It was here that Catie found her passion for helping both parties achieve their real estate goals and consistently exceeding clients' expectations. Eventually she moved on to fill the roles of Operations Manager and Rental Coordinator for a large brokerage in Aspen, where she handled everything from contract supervision to marketing strategies for agents and listings.
