About Catie Lowe

I'm a skilled and motivated professional with a passion for learning new things and creating something I'm passionate about. Over the years, I have developed a wide range of skills, including gardening, playing multiple instruments, creating mixed media art, and even some programming. Currently, I'm working with my husband, a Senior Software Engineer, to learn web development in TypeScript. While I'm new to programming and still learning, I'm excited to continue developing my skills in this area. In my professional life, I have a strong history of success in sales and management roles. As a Restaurant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group, I established recurring catering deals with major businesses, ranked in the top 10% in sales in the US, consistently achieved double-digit year-over-year sales, and maintained a 25% or higher corporate profit margin. I also have experience in the hospitality industry as a Housekeeping Manager/Officer on cruise ships, where I managed a live-in staff, ensured the cleanliness and maintenance of guest and public areas, and oversaw room turnover. I'm also certified in Google IT Support and as a Scrum Master. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, playing tabletop RPGs, and working out to improve my physical fitness
