I bring a deep understanding of key standards, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, insight into how companies and other organisations across sectors, industries and geographies are putting them into practice, and strong facilitation skills to help people build trust, align and work together. I get the (sometimes messy) realities of the work. And what can be achieved when you get it right. What do I love about my work? Finding practical ways to change how business happens. Facilitating meaningful conversations that support people to connect and working with complex, difficult challenges (#nerd). I also enjoy reading, getting outdoors, making a mess in the kitchen and spending time with friends and family. No one can do great work 18 hours a day. We need to value and prioritise the other stuff, too.
