About Catondra Phillips

As a Mental Health Case Manager at Mindoula, I support clients with various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. I provide assessment, care coordination, referral, advocacy, and education services, using evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach. I also collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure the best outcomes for my clients. My passion for mental health care stems from my academic and professional background. I almost hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Wayland Baptist University. I have also worked as a Case Manager at the City of Lubbock Health Department and a Campus Administrator Resident Specialist at the Health and Human Services Commission, where I gained valuable experience in substance abuse, protective services, and administration. I have developed strong skills in business analysis, Microsoft Excel, customer service, and Microsoft Word, which I use to enhance my performance and efficiency as a Mental Health Case Manager. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I serve, by helping them overcome their challenges and improve their well-being. I am always eager to learn new skills and methods, and to contribute to the growth and success of Mindoula and the mental health field.
