I have also earned certifications in Inbound Marketing and Project Management, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. In my current role, I work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and provide them with tailored support and guidance throughout their journey with JUNO. I leverage my skills in customer relationship management, problem solving, and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
