About Cauthen Angie

I have 21 years’ experience working with staff at all level within small to statewide Mental Health agencies. I have over 18 years’ experience with the InfoScriber/Order Connect product and 15 years’ experience with Netsmart and its various software product lines. I worked at the beta site when InfoScriber was first developed and tested. I have extensive experience in both product training and implementation and product support. I have worked extensively with prescribers, their agents and support staff in private practice, Community Mental Health and hospital settings. I previously served in the role as InfoScriber Member Services Manager for 6 years where I trained and supervised additional support staff and oversaw the implementation of all new InfoScriber contracts. I have worked across platforms and am proficient in Helper, Avatar, Insight, CMHC Systems and non-Netsmart products as they relate to InfoScriber integration and work flow. In my current role as Senior Delivery Consultant I coordinate and guide all aspects of new product installation as well as product upgrades. In addition I manage many elements of the data integration and am responsible for training and assisting Level II product support. I provide input on the product roadmap and QA new product functionality. As a part of this process, I create and maintain all inter-company and client-facing documentation for the OrderConnect application and its technical components.
