I am a young and vibrant individual who aspires to develop a consulting career with a verifiable track record of managing and delivering projects. I specialize in growth hacking, generating leads through digital marketing and optimizing conversions with data analytics. I was also trained in clarifying business requirements, identifying business challenges and designing system improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs. My previous experience as a Business Analyst and Technical Solutions Specialist has expanded to roles including Business Analysis, Project Management, Solution Design, Information Management, Governance and Compliance. I was also trained and exposed to data warehousing, ETL and data mining concepts with the use of Business Intelligence tools; SAP BW and Business Object Tools, which built my analytical thinking skills. Formerly received training as an analyst at IBM under the Technology Apprentice Program, a joint initiative by IDA. Contributed in achieving over $9.6 million savings for fiscal year 2012, Assisted in managing assets and resources worth over $130 million in total value. Prior to this, I had graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Hons) from NUS. My final year project was published in the Applied Physics Letters. I was awarded a full ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship in 2007. I was also chosen to represent Malaysia in 2007 to compete in the International Physics Olympiad, held in Isfahan, Iran and secured an Honourable Mention.
