Background

About Cayce Lynch

It is time to reimagine the insurance defense industry, one focused on justice, fairness, and partnership. I am the National Managing Partner for Tyson & Mendes, a national civil litigation and insurance defense law firm that has taken charge of fighting Nuclear Verdicts® and delivering Justice for All. As part of the strategic leadership team, I oversee almost 500 employees across our organization and drive the formulation, development, and execution of the firm's many functions. My team has led the firm through unprecedented growth and industry-disrupting innovation over the last decade. As an Advisory Board Member for Schaefer City Technologies, I bring my Nuclear Verdicts® research and expertise to the dynamic, diverse team developing software solutions to stop Nuclear Verdicts® before they happen. NaVel is AI-driven software that equips insurance companies with the power to identify, manage, and reduce the risk of Nuclear Verdicts® across their claims portfolio. I am a mother of two young daughters. As an advocate for DEI in the industry, I am driven to become the best leader I can be for my teams. I regularly speak to groups about ways to fight Nuclear Verdicts®, further DEI in the workplace, and fuel my passion for successful leadership. Say “hello” if you want to join me in changing the insurance industry through innovation, collaboration, DEI, and effective leadership.
