I am a third-year Biology student at UNC Charlotte, currently delving into the healthcare consulting sector as a part-time Junior Analyst. My passion for healthcare was ignited in Asheville, NC, where I witnessed a family friend's struggle against unfair reimbursement, culminating in the closure of his practice. This formative experience instilled in me a deep commitment to advocate for fair compensation for physicians and healthcare providers – individuals I consider true heroes. I am eager to further immerse myself in the consulting field, where I bring a unique approach to leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration. My proactive nature enabled me to spearhead an academic excellence initiative within my fraternity, propelling our GPA from 3rd to 1st in university rankings. I identified the root cause of academic struggle within our chapter, often linked to mental health issues and championed a rehabilitative over a punitive approach. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, skiing, DJing, volunteering, and watching football (Go Jets!). Being an extrovert, I thrive on engaging in new projects and forming meaningful connections.
