My professional experience since have been always related to companies immerse in a structural process of change, mostly linked with internal and external changes that have required a deep transformation in the way of doing the operations. I have been working for a diverse type of companies (multinational big companies, family owned and ecommerce start-up) and also looking at Supply Chain from the different angles such as consultant, Customer and supplier allowing me to understand better all parts involved and interests, and also developing different roles (cross functional with no team to roles with teams up to 250 members) so this diversity have gave me a good overview and experience to work in different types of environment and adapt myself to them. I consider myself a strategic thinking person; drive by challenging projects where changes need to be done, sales oriented and with high ethical standards. I strongly believe on team work and efficiency and with a deep experience on change and team management.
