I'm currently spearheading onboarding and relationship management at Kredit Financial with our network of financial institutions. My career narrative unfolds from my time at the Vanguard Group, where I progressed through various roles. At Vanguard, I served the finance division as a Lean Coach, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking to elevate business performance. As a Strategic Support Project Leader and Chief of Staff, I demonstrated a knack for managing projects and change initiatives at departmental and functional levels showcasing my knack for strategic maneuvering. My multifaceted experience extends to talent development, having led a team of 10 crew members in the Investments function. As a Chief of Staff to BOLD, Vanguard’s global Black employee resource group, I championed innovative programs recognized at a company-wide level and earned the Chairman of the Board award given to me by the CEO. Beyond the professional industry, my passion spills into community enrichment. Having coached cheerleaders aged 11 to 16 for five years, I transformed a cheerleading program, propelling two teams to top-five national rankings for the first time in our programs history. This success reflects my commitment to cultivating excellence in diverse environments, a quality that defines my approach to both professional and personal endeavors.
