About Caylee Jay

I hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, and Information Systems Auditing and Control from Bowling Green State University (BGSU), which I completed in April 2023. The following year, I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. My passion for numbers and problem-solving guided my academic focus, and as I progressed through my studies, I discovered a strong interest in tackling complex challenges. I am eager to pursue a career that continually pushes me to grow and develop my skills.During my time at BGSU, I actively participated in the Peer Leader Program, Campus Outreach, Beta Alpha Psi, and Women in Business Leadership, which allowed me to hone leadership and teamwork skills. My diverse extracurricular involvement has given me a well-rounded perspective on collaboration and time management.In addition to my academic achievements, my work experience has played a key role in shaping my personal and professional growth. I’ve gained valuable insights through a variety of roles—ranging from stocking shelves and building car engines to preparing taxes and performing accounting duties. While these positions may not have always aligned directly with my academic focus, each role has contributed to my development and reinforced my adaptability, work ethic, and problem-solving abilities.I am excited to continue learning and contributing in a challenging, dynamic environment where I can apply both my technical expertise and passion for solving problems.
