As a paralegal at a private law firm that specializes in family law, I support the attorney in drafting, reviewing, filing legal documents, conducting research, and managing client communication. I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), operational activities, and process improvement to deliver efficient and high-quality service and value to our clients and the firm. Prior to joining the law firm, I worked at Flare as a legal administrator and client manager, where I handled legal compliance support, contract reviews, billing inquiries, retention, and document and pipeline management. I have a BA in Mass Communication from Arizona State University, and I am passionate about using my communication and analytical skills to effectively and persuasively solve complex problems and facilitate positive outcomes.
