About Caz Seipolt

I love my position as News Corp Australia Client Services Group (CSG) Support Lead. I have finally found my calling late in my working career. I love people, I enjoy helping them, I like to be hands on and involved and bring joy to the workplace. To be able to make a positive difference, be it small or large, gives me enormous satisfaction at the end of the day. My role allows me to be all of the above plus gives me an opportunities to excel in my communication and organisational skills. I like to think of myself as respectful, loyal, honest, happy, friendly, warm, fair, supportive, a good listener and approachable. I love to question and deep dive to truly understand, however, I also am a keen and active listener. Building relationships is so important for a business, and I pride myself in navigating these complex stakeholder interests, in turn focusing on motivation and a positive attitude in supporting a collaborative environment. I can help increase office productivity by consolidating time consuming tasks into one activity, aid in the smooth running of the CSG function through utilising my planning, organisational, communication and behavioural management abilities. I can relate to others (which comes naturally), adapt to unknown situations (learning and doing tasks on the fly), deal with conflict head on (active listener and good communication, no matter through what channel), focused outcome driven work ethic (meeting deadlines, good time management), proactively approach activity (being confident in making decisions when the need arises, welcome and accept change) and lead with a positive attitude (this new role has let me grow my self-confidence, whether it’s a one on one meeting with my manager, or creating impact with a decision that helps the culture of our teams).
