About Cece Cullivan

With nearly eight years of professional experience, I am currently working amongst a talented group of colleagues as a Practice Development Specialist at Analysis Group supporting consultants, partners, and practice area leaders who provide thoughtful, pragmatic solutions and apply rigorous and statistical analysis to challenging business and litigation problems that our clients, ranging from law firms to fortune 500 companies, face in the market today. Prior to joining AG, I was a VP of Client and Employee Experience at Santander Bank, where I led and supported impactful initiatives for the Commercial Bank. My core competencies include communication, organization, project management, and leadership skills, which I constantly try and leverage to enhance the success and culture of any organization for which I am a part. Before working at Santander, I was a Consultant at Public Consulting Group, Inc, where I developed project management skills and helped public sector healthcare clients secure federal funding. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where I also founded and served as the president of Beautiful Minds, a club dedicated to mental health awareness and outreach that still exists today. I'm passionate about healthcare, and especially mental health, and have volunteered or advised for several organizations, such as the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the JED Foundation, Boston Children's Hospital and most recently, the Release Recovery Foundation.
