MSW graduate of UC Berkeley shifting to new heights and passions as a trained virtual & in-person trainer;) and an aspiring coach and learner at Coach Approach Ministries (CAM)- earned a Coaching in Christian Leadership Certification (CCLC) and running towards an Associate's Credential (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF)! Seasoned Medical Social Worker with a long history of working in hospitals, clinics, government oversight agencies, and big pharma with a knack for building strong rapport with all stakeholders — now pursuing a career change. With a passion to make trainings engaging, memorable, and worthwhile, I live to use my natural and realized gifting in public speaking, presentations, and optimizing adult learning patterns to end trainings that have eyes-glazed-over-brain-numbed participants and transform them to excited and engaged learners that walk away feeling that training was well worth their time and applicable to their role. I also am on the way to becoming an ICF-certified ACC, pursuing my passion in career coaching and bringing people to their full potential and greater personal fulfillment in their life and personal work. I love the use of assessments like Enneagram, StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths), and Working Genius to promote self-discovery and working in your strengths and avoiding what drains you.
