Cecelia Parra is the Vice President of Noah’s Ark Development, a Parham Group Company based in Bulverde, TX that specializes in turnkey, ground up self storage development nationally. The Parham Group are experts in self storage Development, Construction, and Management. She has been with the company for five years and has managed over square feet of self storage projects totaling an estimated She is an active member of the Texas Self Storage Association and the Self Storage Association. She has held her Texas Real Estate License for four years and is with Keller Williams Commercial. She is experienced in land sales and tenant representation in retail and industrial product types. She is also a member of Keller Williams Young Professionals. Cecelia is the Director of Membership for YCRAN (Young Commercial Real Estate Advancement Network) a position that upholds the responsibility for promoting membership growth and engagement within the organization. She leads a committee of individuals who enjoy meeting new people and promoting the value of YCRAN. She has been a member of the organization for over a year. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) as the Social Media chair. She is a CCIM member affiliate and is currently in pursuit of her CCIM designation. She earned her B.B.A. in Real Estate Financing & Development with a minor in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017 and graduated from Smithson Valley High School in Spring Branch, TX in 2012.
