About Cecep Rustana
I am an Indonesian with PhD degree graduated from Department of Applied Physics, Faculty of Science, Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. I have long teaching experiences since 1979 for various levels education (from lower secondary to tertiary education). I am teaching in University since 1985 including Graduate Study (Physics, Meteorology & Geophysics) at University of Indonesia, Graduate Study at Bandung Institute of Technology and Under Graduate and Graduate Study of State University of Jakarta as well as Graduate Study of University of Merdeka, Malang. I supervised a lots students of Under Graduate and Graduate Study in doing research and thesis. I was promoted to be the Head of Environment Research Center and Vice Dean of Students Affairs at State University of Jakarta for 5 years. My interest research is in Renewable Energy and Science Education. I am teaching a various subjects; Environmental Physics, Global Warming, Renewable Energy, Modern Physics, Statistical Physics, Thermodynamics, Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System, Statistic Physics, etc. I also experienced as a consultant for a number of educational projects in Indonesia and overseas funded by the International Agencies such as Asian Development Bank, World Bank and others since 1995 up to now. My work as an educational consultant in Indonesia covering a number of education projects within both Ministry of Education and Culture and Ministry of Religion Affairs, and also as an consultant of Secondary Education Sector Project in Bangladesh funded by Asian Development Bank. I have an excellent work communications with people in Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Religiousirs, Bappenas, Accreditation Board of Higher Education, Various Research Center, etc. With such educational background and a long term of experience in research, teaching and consultation services as well as an excellent network, I am sincerely sure to be able to provide significant contribution and also be able to perform my responsibility if I have a chance to be a team member to work which is related to my knowledge and experiences
