Mostly deal in the trades of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Supression and Detection, Electrical, and responsible for Elevator and Mobilty Impairment Lifts. Responsible for Mandatory Inspections, some Project Development and Management, and calling in Contractor Support under the limiting🧱 micro purchase levels and Supervising them. Keeping a Budget and Developing Annual Work Plans of my areas of responsibility There is much more but this is the important list. Hobbies include; Permaculture Gardening, Mycology of Gourmet Mushrooms, and trying not to burn out from being 1 of 4 people in Building and Utilities, 1 supervisor position open,(was found unqualified for ). Lower paid of the 2 Lead positions but required to carry Licenses and certs to do my job.🤷‍ Just having fun with the golden ticket of unqualified HR gave me.
