Since 2007 I was involved in Environmental Due Diligence, I grew up with the emergence of ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) topics and I noted that Supply Chain related topics became more and more of a key subject for our clients. Since 2012, I was involved in E&S Supply Chain programs for some of our key clients. The emergence of the Duty of Care Law (Loi sur le devoir de vigilance) in France in February 2017 made it clear that E&S issues in the Supply Chain is a key focus for our clients.
