I'm a passionate and detail-oriented biochemist with over a decade of experience in antibody discovery and development, specialising in the analytical and biophysical characterisation of biologics and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). My expertise spans protein purification, ligand binding analysis, stability assessments, and CMC support. At both ADC Therapeutics and UCB, I’ve contributed to multiple preclinical programs—leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality analytical data packages, and presenting findings to leadership teams and prospective partners. I thrive at the intersection of science, chemistry, and therapeutic impact, where technical depth and methodical experimentation translate into real-world outcomes. I'm particularly interested in the scientific and technical challenges that arise across the drug development lifecycle, from early discovery to analytical characterisation, process development, and candidate selection. Technically proficient in: AKTA, HPLC (SEC, RP, CEX, HIC), Octet/BLI, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, DSF, peptide mapping, FTIR, and related platforms. I'm always open to connecting with fellow scientists, collaborators, and teams driving innovation in therapeutic antibodies and ADCs.
