I’m a Product Owner with a deep passion for user experience and creating software people genuinely love. In my current role at IST, I serve as the “spider in the web,” connecting developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure we deliver intuitive solutions that address real user needs. Building on my background as a UX/UI Lead, I bring a user-centric mindset to every project—from conducting interviews to structuring requirements into clear epics and user stories. I enjoy leveraging tools like Lovable and ChatGPT to visualize ideas and keep everyone aligned, boosting both efficiency and creativity. My experience spans from third-level support management and IT consulting to agile product development, but one thing remains constant: I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn user insights into impactful, delightful software.
